By accessing or using YM International's Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• Agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access most features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

YM International reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used fraudulently.

Access to YM International's full platform requires a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Subscription Plans:

• Essential: Access to core QBank and digital study guides for a fixed term
• Elite: Full access to QBank, video lectures, SmartPath™, analytics, and live boot camps for a fixed term
• Elite-Unlimited: Full Elite access with the StudyPass™ Guarantee — access continues until you pass the CMA exam

Payment Terms:

• All prices are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated
• Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in your jurisdiction
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted unless you purchase a subscription.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content
• After 7 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 7-day period, except where required by applicable law
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then
• Elite-Unlimited: Due to the nature of the StudyPass™ Guarantee, Elite-Unlimited subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days

The StudyPass™ Guarantee is available exclusively with the Elite-Unlimited subscription. Under this guarantee, if you complete the full course requirements and do not pass the CMA exam, your subscription will remain active at no additional charge until you do.

To qualify for the StudyPass™ Guarantee, you must:

• Complete 100% of all assigned video lectures for both Part 1 and Part 2
• Complete at least 80% of all available QBank questions for each exam part
• Attend or view recordings of at least two (2) live boot camp sessions
• Achieve a SmartPath™ exam readiness score of 75% or higher before sitting for the exam
• Sit for and fail the CMA exam within the subscription period
• Provide official documentation of your exam attempt (score report) within 30 days of the exam date

All content on the YM International platform — including but not limited to video lectures, practice questions, study materials, SmartPath™ technology, FlashCards, and the platform interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of YM International and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content without written permission
• Record, screenshot, or capture video lectures or live boot camp sessions
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access content through your account
• Use any content for commercial purposes, resale, or competitive analysis
• Create derivative works based on our proprietary content or technology
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with YM International
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the platform
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's performance
• Share, post, or distribute exam questions publicly in violation of IMA's exam security policies

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• We may perform scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance where possible
• We are not liable for temporary outages due to technical issues, server maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Live boot camp sessions are scheduled in advance. In the event a session must be cancelled or rescheduled, we will provide reasonable notice and make the session available on demand
• Course content, including video lectures and QBank questions, may be updated or modified to reflect changes in the CMA exam blueprint

YM International provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any content on the platform

Exam outcomes: While our materials are designed to maximize your chances of passing the CMA exam, YM International does not guarantee exam success. Pass rates reflect historical performance and are not a guarantee of individual results. Exam success depends on individual study effort, exam conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YM International and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or inability to access the platform
• Failure to pass the CMA exam
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through links on our platform

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect
• Post a prominent notice on the platform informing users of the update

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services before the effective date.
